A rather peculiar gin, Hendrick's gin is produced at the Balvenie distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland. The list of infusions include the usual suspects with the exception of the addition of Bulgarian Rose petals and the coup de grace, cucumber, the essence of which is obtained by mashing the fresh fruit, then mixing the pulp with cold water. A truly unique spirit!
