Barrel #7 - The nose on this barrel is dense and oaky with aromas of vanilla and clove. Big, rich caramel and maple syrup taste with a dried candied fruit and spice finish complimented with dry oak. Add a touch of water and the sweetness of this Bourbon really shines. Finishes soft, with a taste of dried seasoned oak. Classic Bourbon taste.
Barrel #8 - Classic Bourbon nose featuring oak staves, leather, and a touch of maple sap. Skip the water with this soft and elegant Bourbon that will keep even the most demanding whiskey lover satisfied.
Barrel #9 - An elegant & balanced nose of buttered brown sugar and delicate dry cedar. Sip it neat and you are rewarded with flavors of buttered vanilla and a dusting of nutmeg. Add H2O and this whiskey just gets bigger by the second with exceptional power.

2 1/2 oz. Elmer T. Lee
2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 dash of bitters
Mix in a shaker with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry or a lemon twist. |
